MLB: Cincinnati 6, Los Angeles Dodgers 4

LOS ANGELES, June 14 (UPI) -- Pitcher Bronson Arroyo drove in the go-ahead run and Joey Votto smacked a three-run homer Monday in Cincinnati's 6-4 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Reds broke open a 2-2 tie with four runs in the seventh, helped by two Dodgers errors. The second one, committed by second baseman Aaron Miles, allowed Paul Janish to reach second and Arroyo chased him home with a single, knocking out Los Angeles starter Hiroki Kuroda (5-8).

Matt Guerrier came in to pitch and, after getting an out, walked Brandon Phillips before serving up a three-run shot to Votto.

Arroyo, Janish and Chris Heisey each finished with an RBI for the Reds.

Arroyo (5-6) yielded four runs on six hits over 7 2/3 innings to earn the victory and Francisco Cordero closed the game out for his 13th save.

James Loney had an RBI single for the Dodgers, who began a season-long, 12-game homestand with the loss.
