NASHVILLE, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Rene Bourque scored in the first round of the shootout Tuesday to help the Calgary Flames edge Nashville 3-2 for their fifth straight win.
Miikka Kiprusoff was perfect against three shootout tries by the Predators and finished with 25 saves.

Martin Erat scored on a tip-in at 7:43 of the first period for the Predators. Matt Stajan and Cory Sarich scored third-period goals for Calgary and Patric Hornqvist scored a third-period power-play goal for Nashville.
Pekka Rinne wound up with 26 saves on 28 shots in the Predators' third straight loss.
