COL FB: Iowa 38, Michigan 28

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Oct. 16 (UPI) -- Ricky Stanzi found Derrell Johnson-Koulianos for three touchdown passes Saturday in No. 14 Iowa's 38-28 victory over 24th-ranked Michigan.

Two of those TD passes came in the first half and helped the Hawkeyes (5-1, 2-0 Big Ten) build a 21-7 lead at the break. They increased their advantage to 28-7 after three quarters and then withstood three Michigan touchdowns in the final 20 minutes.

Adam Robinson rambled for 143 yards and two touchdowns for the Hawkeyes.

Substitute quarterback Tate Forcier replaced an injured Denard Robinson late in the game and led the surge, tossing for 239 yards and notching both a passing and a running score.

Robinson was shaken up on a run for the Wolverines (5-2, 1-2).
