NHL: Colorado 5, Dallas 3

DALLAS, March 14 (UPI) -- Paul Stastny notched a pair of goals and Craig Anderson stopped 48 shots Sunday as the Colorado Avalanche dispatched Dallas 5-3.

The Avs got a goal and an assist each from Milan Hejduk and Darcy Tucker while Chris Stewart scored the go-ahead goal in the second period in Colorado's third win in four games.

Dallas, dropping its third straight game and sixth out of seven, got two goals from Brandon Segal and one from Jamie Benn.

Marty Turco let in four goals on 18 shots before being lifted in favor of Kari Lehtonen in the second period.
