CHICAGO, Dec. 13 (UPI) -- Ryan Grant's second touchdown Sunday boosted the Green Bay Packers to a 21-14 victory against the Chicago Bears.

Green Bay trailed its bitter NFC North Division rival, 14-13, when Grant scored on a one-yard run with 12:42 left in the fourth period.

The score capped a two-play, 11-yard drive shortly after an interception by Nick Collins.

Aaron Rodgers then threw a 2-point conversion pass to Greg Jennings.

Grant also scored on a 62-yard, first-quarter run and finished with 137 yards on 20 carries.

Mason Crosby kicked two field goals for the Packers (9-4), who won for the first time this season on the road.

Chicago's Jay Cutler threw for 209 yards, two touchdowns, but two interceptions.

Johnny Knox caught five passes for 83 yards with one touchdown, while Matt Forte was held to 51 yards on 12 carries for the Bears (5-8), who have lost five of six.
