NBA: New Jersey 103, Chicago 101

CHICAGO, Dec. 8 (UPI) -- Devin Harris's crucial basket with 14.9 seconds left in the game helped lift New Jersey to a 103-101 win over the Chicago Bulls Tuesday.

Rafer Alston, who scored a total of 15 points, hit a pair of game-sealing free throws in the waning seconds for the Nets, who won for the second time in three games after enduring an NBA-record 18-game losing streak to start the season.

Harris notched 17 points for the game, while Brook Lopez poured in 25 and grabbed 10 rebounds and Chris Douglas-Roberts recorded 20 for New Jersey.

The Bulls got 27 points each from Derrick Rose and Luol Deng while Taj Gibson added 20.
