MIAMI, July 28 (UPI) -- Ross Gload had a two-run, pinch-hit homer off Atlanta closer Rafael Soriano in the ninth Tuesday to give the Florida Marlins a 4-3 win over Atlanta.

Garret Anderson had a leadoff home run in the top of the ninth to give Atlanta a 3-2 lead.

But Soriano (1-2) walked Cody Ross to start the bottom of the inning, and Gload drove a low 3-1 fastball into the right-center field seats.

Hanley Ramirez earlier had a two-run double for Florida, which has won six of its last seven games.

Ricky Nolasco, who has won five of his last six decisions, gave up two runs on seven hits in seven innings for Florida. Leo Nunez (3-3) got the win despite allowing Anderson's home run in the ninth.

Chipper Jones also hit a solo home run, and Martin Prado had an RBI single for Atlanta.
