MLB: Kansas City 4, Cleveland 2

KANSAS CITY, Mo., April 14 (UPI) -- Zack Greinke worked five innings Monday for his second win and helped the Kansas City Royals post a 4-2 victory over the Cleveland Indians.

Greinke (2-0) gave up six hits and two walks with nine strikeouts for the Royals. Mike Jacobs hit a solo home run and Mark Teahen, Billy Butler and Alberto Callaspo each drove in a run.

Fausto Carmona (0-2) took the loss after allowing four runs on five hits with four walks in five innings.

Victor Martinez was 3-for-5 for the Indians.
