WASHINGTON, March 1 (UPI) -- Bryan McCabe scored a goal and added three assists for the Florida Panthers Sunday in a 6-2 win over the Washington Capitals.
Stephen Weiss recorded a goal and two assists for the Panthers and goalie Craig Anderson stopped 32 shots
Jassen Cullimore, Richard Zednik, Michael Frolik and Jay Bouwmeester notched the other Florida goals.
The Caps' goals were scored by Alexander Ovechkin, who boosted his league-leading total to 46, and Alexander Semin.
Washington goalie Jose Theodore gave up four goals and blocked 13 shots before he was replaced by Michal Neuvirth, who finished with 14 saves.
