Dominic Moore (power play in the first period) and Mikhail Grabovski also scored once each, while goalie Vesa Toskala was beaten twice on 24 shots for the Maple Leafs, who posted back-to-back victories for the first time this season.

Ottawa's goals were scored by Shean Donovan in the second period and Dean McAmmond in the third.

Goaltender Alex Auld made 35 saves on 38 shots in the Senators' fourth loss in a row.
