CHICAGO, June 3 (UPI) -- Carlos Quentin and A.J. Pierzynski both hit two-run homers Tuesday to lead the Chicago White Sox to a 9-5 win over the Kansas City Royals.
Gavin Floyd (6-3) gave up four runs on six hits over seven innings to earn the win for Chicago.

Pierzynski went 3-for-4 and Quentin also had two walks for the White Sox. Aexei Ramirez had a solo home run, a double and an RBI single. Orlando Cabrera had two RBI and Nick Swisher added a solo homer.
Zack Greinke (5-3) allowed eight runs on nine hits in six innings for Kansas City. Mark Teahen hit a two-run homer and David DeJesus was 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored.
