NBA: Charlotte 115, Philadelphia 109

CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 16 (UPI) -- Jason Richardson's game-high 29 points Wednesday led the Charlotte Bobcats' 115-109 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

Philadelphia closed to 101-100 with 3:48 remaining after fighting back from a 68-51 deficit with 10:56 left in the third period.Charlotte then closed with a 14-8 spurt.

Emeka Okafor scored 24 points with nine rebounds for the winners. Matt Carroll had 19 points and eight rebounds.

Raymond Felton had 18 points and 12 assists, and Nazr Mohammed had 12 points, five rebounds and four assists for the Bobcats, who were playing their season finale.

Philadelphia was led by Willie Green's 27 points with seven assists. Andre Iguodala added 24 points with six rebounds.

Thaddeus Young had 18 points, four rebounds and five assists, and Lou Williams added 15 points and seven rebounds for the 76ers, who will be the No. 7 Eastern Conference playoff seed.

In the first round, the 76ers play the second-seeded Detroit Pistons.
