NHL: Calgary 2, Minnesota 1

ST. PAUL, Minn., Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Calgary goalie Miikka Kiprusoff blocked 38 shots Sunday in a 2-1 Flames victory over the Minnesota Wild.

The Flames' fourth straight win lifted them past the Wild into first-place in the Northwest Division.

Daymond Langkow and Craig Conroy scored for Calgary, which was outshot 39-16.

Mark Parrish scored and Josh Harding finished with 14 saves in Minnesota's third straight defeat.
