NBA: Cleveland 121, Washington 85

CLEVELAND, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Zydrunas Igauskas and LeBron James combined for 47 points Wednesday in Cleveland's fifth straight victory, a 121-85 rout of the Washington Wizards.

Cleveland turned the contest into a laugher by outscoring the Wizards 69-39 in the second half after edging ahead 52-46 at the break.

They used a 43-17 third period to ignite the runaway.

Igauskas scored 24 points with six rebounds and three blocked shots. James had 23 points, nine rebounds and eight assists.

Drew Gooden had 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Sasha Pavlovic added 13 points and seven assists to help the Cavaliers improve to 9-1 since Jan. 1.

Washington was led by Brendan Haywood's 11 points and five rebounds.

Caron Butler and Antawn Jamison scored 10 points apiece and were the only other players in double figures for the Wizards, who had won five of six, including Monday's 102-84 victory against the Dallas Mavericks.
