Arbitrators rule against Orioles pitcher Bergesen

DENVER, Jan. 11 (UPI) -- Anthony Carter scored 12 of his 21 points in the fourth period Friday as part of a comeback that gave the Denver Nuggets a 113-103 win over Orlando.
The Nuggets won for the fourth time in five games, outscoring the Magic by a dozen in the fourth quarter after going into the period trailing by two.
Carmelo Anthony scored 32 points and had 11 rebounds for Denver, while Allen Iverson had 21 points. Only six players scored points for the Nuggets and five of them had at least 13.
Orlando was led by 21 from Rashard Lewis and 20 from Dwight Howard.
Carter made nine of 16 shots from the field and scored 13 more than his points-per-game average.
