NBA: Indiana 93, Washington 85

INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Danny Granger scored 25 points Saturday to guide the Indiana Pacers to a 93-85 victory over the Washington Wizards.

Indiana grabbed control of the contest with a 9-0 run bridging the third and fourth quarters after Washington came within 61-60 on a jump shot by Antawn Jamison with 1:27 left in the third.

The run was capped by Troy Murphy's layup with 11:34 remaining.

Indiana's Jermaine O'Neal had 18 points, eight rebounds and six blocked shots.

Kareem Rush scored 15 points, Murphy had 13 points and eight rebounds, and Mike Dunleavy had 11 points and seven assists for the Pacers, who bounced back after Friday's 131-118 loss to lowly Minnesota.

Jamison led Washington with 29 points and 12 rebounds.

Roger Mason scored a career-high 20 points after starting for the injured Caron Butler (ankle).

The Wizards were held to a season-low 34 points in the first half on the way to their third loss in a row.
