NBA: Boston 113, Philadelphia 103

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 5 (UPI) -- With Kevin Garnett scoring 22 points to lead a balanced scoring attack Wednesday, the Boston Celtics rallied past the Philadelphia 76ers 113-103.

Philadelphia led 32-26 after the first quarter and 57-52 at the half.

The game was tied 75-75 with 1:58 left in the third before Boston used a 31-23 third period on the way to improving to 15-2 to start the 2007 season.

Paul Pierce added 19 points and 12 assists for the Celtics, while James Posey scored 17 points, and Eddie House added 15.

Philadelphia got Andre Miller's 26 points and 12 assists in its first game under new general manager Ed Stefanski.

Andre Iguodala had 24 points and three rebounds. Reserve Lou Williams had 18 points, three assists and two steals, while Samuel Dalembert had 13 points and nine rebounds for the 76ers, who dropped their third game in a row, and the seventh in their last nine.

Philadelphia made only 29 percent of its three-pointers, while Boston made 46 percent.
