COL FB: Texas Tech 34, Oklahoma 27

LUBBOCK, Texas, Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Graham Harrell was 47-of-72 passing for 420 yards and two TDs, and also ran for a TD Saturday night, as Texas Tech surprised No. 3 Oklahoma, 34-27.

Michael Crabtree caught 12 passes for 154 yards and a touchdown for Texas Tech (8-4, 4-4 Big 12), which has won two of its last three games -- and likely put the Sooners out of contention for a national title. Aaron Crawford piled up 128 yards of total offense -- 81 yards receiving and 47 yards rushing -- and scored a touchdown, and Danny Amendola caught nine passes for 81 yards for Texas Tech. Eric Morris picked up 56 yards receiving and scored a touchdown.

Joey Halzle was 21-of-41 passing for 291 yards for Oklahoma, with two touchdowns and one interception. Halzle came in for starting quarterback Sam Bradford, who suffered a concussion when he made a tackle after a fumble, and came out of the game in the first quarter.

DeMarco Murray picked up 94 yards on 19 carries and Manuel Johnson gained 96 yards and scored twice for the Sooners (9-2, 5-2) -- who came into the game with a five-game winning streak.

Oklahoma can clinch the Big 12 South Division -- and a spot in the conference title game -- with a win next week over Oklahoma State.
