
ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Anaheim's Andy McDonald did it again Tuesday, scoring the deciding goal in a shootout for the second game in a row as the Ducks nipped the LA Kings 4-3.
Anaheim got to the shootout thanks to power-play goals by Ryan Getzlaf and Kent Huskins and another score by Todd Marchant. Jean-Sebastian Giguere stopped 29 Los Angeles shots as the Ducks won for the fourth time in their last six outings.
Michael Cammalleri, Tom Preissing and Matt Moulson scored for the Kings. Alexander Frolov had three assists for the Kings, who were coming off an overtime win over Dallas.
Jason LaBarbera finished with 30 saves for Los Angeles, which lost for just the third time in nine games.
The Kings scored two goals in the third period to send the game to the scoreless overtime.
