TORONTO, March 23 (UPI) -- Morris Peterson equaled his best performance of the season with 23 points Friday night, carrying Toronto to a 121-94 thrashing of Denver.
The Raptors, who are coasting to the Atlantic Division title with a seven-game lead over New Jersey, received 22 points from Jorge Garbajosa and 14 from T.J. Ford.

Toronto star Chris Bosh left the game with a sprained ankle midway through the opening and did not return.
Denver lost its second straight after having won five in a row. Linas Kleiza and J.R. Smith both scored 20 for the Nuggets.
