WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Shaquille O'Neal powered in 23 points Wednesday night to help the Miami Heat win for the second time in three games, 92-83, over Washington.
Jason Williams added 23 points for Miami, which has compiled a 2-2 mark since superstar Dwyane Wade was lost with a dislocated shoulder. Wade is still considering his medical options, which include season-ending surgery.

Washington, which lost its fourth straight, was led by DeShawn Stevenson with 19 points.
The Heat pulled away in the fourth quarter after taking only a four-point advantage into the period.
