NBA: Dallas 95, Memphis 94

MEMPHIS, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki scored 26 points Wednesday night to lead Dallas past the Memphis Grizzlies, 95-94.

Among his total were 10 of 10 free throws as the Mavericks, who went 24-for-25 at the foul line, recorded the 11th win in their last 12 games.

Their lead was 40-33 at the half and dwindled to 91-88 with 13.6 seconds remaining before the outcome was decided.

Jason Terry and Jerry Stackhouse scored 20 points apiece; Erick Dampier had 15 points and eight rebounds; while Nowiztki added 11 rebounds for the Mavericks, who have won three straight and beaten Memphis in the last six games between the teams.

Mike Miller led Memphis with 32 points, two rebounds, and three assists.

Hakim Warrick had 15 points, three rebounds, and three assists; while Pau Gasol added 13 points and 13 rebounds for the Grizzlies, who lost for the eighth time in their last 11 games.
