SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki helped bring Dallas back from an 11-point halftime deficit to their 13th consecutive victory Friday night -- 90-85 over San Antonio.

San Antonio led for most of the game, but Dallas finished the contest with a 10-3 run to steal a victory that gave the Mavericks a four-game lead over the Spurs in the NBA Southwest Division.

Dallas has won three straight games in San Antonio, including the seventh game of the Western Conference semifinals last season.

Manu Ginobili scored 25 for San Antonio and Tim Duncan had 18.
