NHL: Florida 3, Boston 2

BOSTON, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Joe Nieuwendyk's power-play goal was the game-winner Monday as the Florida Panthers defeated the Boston Bruins, 3-2.

The loss snapped Boston's four-game winning streak.

Martin Gelinas and Nathan Horton also scored for the Panthers, who have won two of their last three after losing seven of eight. Alex Auld stopped 29 shots for Florida.

Glen Murray scored twice for the Bruins, who got 25 saves from Tim Thomas.
