LOS ANGELES, April 16 (UPI) -- The Dodgers beat the Giants 3-1 at Dodger Stadium Saturday night thanks to Jeff Kent, who doubled and scored twice.
Kent finished the game 2-for-3 to help Los Angeles win its second game in the past three.

Dioner Navarro had two RBIs and Kenny Lofton had one and a triple for the Dodgers.
Odalis Perez pitched seven innings, allowing one run, three hits, three walks and two strikeouts.
San Francisco pitchers walked a total of nine batters in the game.
Jason Schmidt walked seven in his six innings, along with striking out two and holding Los Angeles to two runs and three hits.
