Harvick wins Busch race at Chicagoland

JOLIET, Ill., July 9 (UPI) -- Kevin Harvick won Saturday's USG Durock 300 Busch Series race at the Chicagoland Speedway by finishing 0.715 seconds ahead of runner-up Greg Biffle.

The victory was Harvick's second of the season and 15th of his career.

Biffle, Ryan Newman and Carl Edwards finished second, third and fourth respectively.

Martin Truex Jr. finished seventh and maintained the championship lead by 72 over Clint Bowyer (2,661-2,589).

The next race in the Busch Series is set for July 16 at the New Hampshire International Speedway.
