SAN DIEGO, June 5 (UPI) -- Carlos Zambrano turned in seven shutout innings and Derrek Lee was 3-for-5 with an RBI Sunday as the Chicago Cubs posted a 4-0 victory over the San Diego Padres.
Zambrano (4-3) scattered three hits, walked four, and struck out seven as he improved to 4-0 lifetime against the Padres. Will Ohman and Ryan Dempster completed the shutout with two innings of two-hit relief.

Neifi Perez added three hits and two runs scored for the Cubs, who won for the ninth time in their last 10 games.
Woody Williams (2-3), who was starting in place of San Diego ace Jake Peavy, suffered the loss. He gave up one run on four hits and a pair of walks in five innings.
