Hornish Jr. wins Indy 200 at Phoenix

PHOENIX, March 19 (UPI) -- Sam Hornish Jr. was the winner Saturday at the XM Satellite Radio Indy 200 at the one-mile Phoenix International Raceway. Hornish finished 1.0408 seconds ahead of teammate Helio Castroneves.

The victory was Hornish Jr.'s first of the season and 13th of his IndyCar career.

Tony Kanaan finished third, Dario Franchitti fourth, and Scott Sharp fifth.
