Ochoa, Kerr share LPGA lead

WILLIAMSBURG, Va., May 8 (UPI) -- Lorena Ochoa shot her second 3-under-par 68 Saturday for a share of the lead with Cristie Kerr after Saturday's third round of the Michelob ULTRA Open.

Ochoa is the only player in the field with three rounds under par. The native of Mexico began the day seven strokes behind Kim Williams but rose to the lead as many around her faltered.

Williams sparkling 63 on Friday was all but erased by a 7-over 78 that turned her four-stroke cushion into a three-shot hole.

Ochoa is at 7-under 206 with Kerr, the winner of last month's Takefuji Classic who had a 1-under 70.

Christina Kim struggled to a 2-over 73 but is alone in third at 208, one shot better than Williams and Jennifer Rosales of the Philippines, who also had a 73. Rosales won last week's Chick-fil-A Charity Championship.
