Minnesota 12, Atlanta 10

FORT MYERS, Fla., March 6 (UPI) -- The Atlanta Braves capitalized on an error by shortstop Jesse Garcia to score 10 times in the sixth inning Wednesday and defeat the Atlanta Braves, 12-10.

Garcia misplayed a ground ball that would have been the final out of the inning, but instead allowed the first run to score. Joe Mauer, the top pick in the 2002 draft, and Casey Blake had RBI singles and Tom Prince capped the frame with a bases-clearing double.
