The first demolition attempt Friday left the 16-story Sevastopol building, which the head of the demolition attempt said was made from reinforced concrete and was "built like a bunker," still standing, but with a 20-degree lean. The failed attempt was recorded by members of the public and posted to YouTube. Authorities said the building was demolished because it was constructed illegally.
