Advertisement Norwich police said the three suspects, two men in their late teens and one in his early 20s, were arrested Saturday on charges of grievous bodily harm, the Norfolk Eastern Daily Press reported Monday. Police said two of the men were dressed as Oompa Loompas from Roald Dahl's novel "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" when they attacked a 28-year-old man around 3:30 a.m. Dec. 27. Funeral procession stops at Burger King WEST YORK, Pa., Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Family members of a Pennsylvania man who loved Burger King said they took his funeral procession through the drive-through. Linda Phiel, one of the three daughters of West York man David Kime Jr., who died at the age of 88 Jan. 20, said her father enjoyed fast food daily, so the family took his funeral procession through the Burger King drive-through Saturday for one last Whopper Jr., the York Daily Record reported Monday. "He always lived by his own rules," Phiel said. "His version of eating healthy was the lettuce on the Whopper Jr." Advertisement Margaret Hess, head manager of the Manchester Township Burger King, said the funeral procession ordered 40 of the sandwiches. "They also wanted one for the deceased," Hess said. Phiel said she placed Kime's final the Whopper Jr. atop her father's casket before it was buried. Dog parade features 'Honey Boo Boo' floats NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Reality TV series "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" was parodied by numerous canines and their owners during the 2013 Barkus Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans. The float titles for the dog-celebrating parade Sunday included "Honey Bow Wow," "Honey Roux Boux," "Buddy Boo Boo," "Honey Bee Bees," "Honey Rue Rue" and "Krewe of Honey Do Do," The (New Orleans) Times-Picayune reported Monday. Some spectators said they felt this year's parade, with its glut of "Honey Boo Boo" tributes, paled in comparison to previous events. "They're stragglin' this year," one spectator said. Spanish restaurant's bug dishes a hit VALLADOLID, Spain, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- A Spanish restaurateur said he began selling insect-based dishes to his customers after discovering how popular bugs were as a food source in Thailand. Marco Negroni, owner of Bar Passion in Valladolid, said he discovered insects being sold "as though they were bags of potatoes" in Bangkok markets during a trip to Thailand six years ago and the menu at his eatery has since grown to include insect-based dishes, ThinkSpain reported Monday. Advertisement The bar and restaurant is offering rhino beetle in Mediterranean hummus, spicy grasshoppers in guacamole, leaf-eating ants in aloe vera yogurt and mini-toasts with imperial Thai scorpion, olive oil, tomato and grated cheese. Negroni said his eatery specializes in Spanish tapas and international dishes, but the insect dishes have become the restaurant's most popular items.
