Scott O'Grady has sued 20th Century Fox and the Discovery Channel, claiming Fox made "Behind Enemy Lines" without rights to his story. Advertisement The suit says O'Grady, who survived six days in Serbia after his fighter jet was shot down over Bosnia in 1995, is troubled by the movie's portrayal of him as a "hot dog" type pilot who used foul language and disobeyed orders. The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Texarkana, Texas, also says the Discovery Channel's 1998 docudrama about O'Grady's ordeal was an invasion of privacy and falsely represented the facts. Fox and Discovery had no comment. PRIESTLY OUT OF HOSPITAL WITHIN 10 DAYS Actor Jason Priestly, seriously injured when he crashed his race car 11 days ago, is expected to be out of the hospital in a week or so to begin rehab. Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis upgraded the "Beverly Hills 90210" star's condition from "serious but stable" to "stable" on Tuesday and said he is making "very solid progress." The 32-year-old Priestly slammed his race car into a wall at Kentucky Speedway during a practice run, suffering fractures in his back and both feet and other injuries. Advertisement CLINTON TALK SHOW PLAN NOT DEAD Bill Clinton's handlers reportedly are engaged in talks with CBS and King World to launch a daytime talk show hosted by the former president. Variety reports that Clinton's gabfest would be a hybrid of ABC's "Nightline" and the syndicated Oprah Winfrey show. The talk show idea was first hatched last spring by the 56-year-old Clinton and his friends, producers Harry Thomason and Linda Bloodworth-Thomason. Their pitch to NBC never reached fruition, maybe because the initial price tag of $50 million was too high, Variety reports. ANISTON 'UNCOMFORTABLE' IN LOVE SCENE Jennifer Aniston, who's been getting good reviews for her work in "The Good Girl," says she was "uncomfortable" making a steamy love scene for the film. Aniston, star of the hugely successful TV series "Friends," said it was "weird having 40 crew members look at you in such an intimate situation." In "The Good Girl," Aniston plays the part of a bored small-town girl who has an affair with a co-worker, played by Jake Gyllenhaal.
