SAN DIEGO, July 24 (UPI) -- British sleuth Sherlock Holmes expresses feelings of dread that a showdown with his presumed-dead nemesis Moriarty -- or someone equally evil -- is on the horizon in the first Season 4 trailer for the BBC's Sherlock.

The 90-second clip released Sunday offers glimpses of fan favorites Benedict Cumberbatch [Sherlock,] Martin Freeman [John,] Mark Gatiss [Mycroft,] Amanda Abbington [Mary] and Andrew Scott [Moriarty.]

"It's not a game anymore. ‪#‎Sherlock‬ season 4 coming in 2017," the show's Facebook page said in introducing the video, which opens with Moriarty asking through staticky footage, "Did you miss me?"
