MIAMI, Oct. 28 (UPI) -- Pitbull has two reality series in development with The Weinstein Co.

The 33-year-old rapper, born Armando Christian Perez, will executive produce the programs via his production company Honey I'm Home, with Michael Calderon, Robert Engler and Liam Murphy of Real Change Productions.

Pitbull: The Lyfe will follow Pitbull in his daily life, and provide a behind-the-scenes look at his tour and time in the recording studio. The REAL Change Project, meanwhile, will see the rapper team with celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Paul McCartney and Kobe Bryant as they reflect on the mentors who helped shape their success.

"It's an honor to partner with The Weinstein Company and Real Change Productions/Honey I'm Home on Lyfe and The REAL Change Project, two series with the point of view that life is what we make it -- some follow the rules; others bend them," Pitbull said in a statement. "After the party kicks off 2015, we will show what's behind the curtain and most important, learning, listening from the best plays a huge role in the journey."

"Our television division at TWC has made an incredible name for themselves in creating fresh and entertaining unscripted programming," Harvey Weinstein lauded. "Partnering with Pitbull, one of the biggest names in music today...is a phenomenal opportunity that we're all very excited to get started on."

Pitbull will return to host the 2014 American Awards on November 23, and will release his eighth studio album, Globalization, on November 24. The rapper is also scheduled to host a New Year's Eve special, Pitbull's New Year's Eve Revolution, on Fox.
