LOS ANGELES, Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Anna Kournikova will be seen teaching the contestants how to play tennis on an upcoming episode of the U.S. competition series "The Biggest Loser," NBC said.

The tennis celebrity is to appear on Tuesday's edition of the show.

"From sparks of drama in the house, an early and dramatic weigh-in and Kournikova's surprise visit, to an intense challenge and an especially inspiring 'Where are they now?' segment with this week's eliminated contestant, it's an unforgettable episode of can't-miss moments on 'The Biggest Loser,'" the network said in a news release. "The week kicks off with one contestant expressing a wish to go home, which creates drama and tension in the house, while another group of players form a secret alliance."
