LOS ANGELES, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- A Los Angeles judge has ordered recording artist Chris Brown to spend 90 days living at a rehab facility to deal with his anger issues, TMZ reported.

The 24-year-old singer also will be required to submit to drug testing.

The celebrity news website said Wednesday Brown was kicked out of a Malibu facility earlier this month after he threw a rock through his mother's car window while she was at the treatment center to attend a family therapy session with Brown.

He had been at the rehab for 13 days before he was kicked out. His publicist said at the time the singer would continue his treatment on an outpatient basis.

Brown voluntarily checked himself into rehab last month to deal with personal issues after he was involved in several physical altercations. He is still on probation for beating up his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 and is still completing community service related to that case.
