LOS ANGELES, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Heidi Klum and singer Seal appear to be headed for divorce in Los Angeles, sources told TMZ.com.

The celebrity Web site said sources with first-hand knowledge reported divorce papers citing irreconcilable differences would be filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court as early as next week.

Klum and Seal were married in 2005 and have three children together plus Klum's daughter from another relationship. The couple was noted for their annual public renewal of their wedding vows.

TMZ said there would likely be some heavy number crunching involved in the split since Klum alone reportedly made $20 million last year.

People magazine said there has been no comment from the couple's reps.
