'King' tops the U.S. album chart

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 26 (UPI) -- The Decemberists' "The King is Dead" is No. 1 on the U.S. album chart, Billboard.com reported Wednesday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 is the compilation CD "Kidz Bop 19," followed by the Script's "Science & Faith" at No. 3, Social Distortion's "Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes" at No. 4 and Gregg Allman's "Low Country Blues" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are Bruno Mars's "Doo-Wops & Hooligans" at No. 6, Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" at No. 7, Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" at No. 8, Nicki Minaj's "Pink Friday" at No. 9 and Mumford & Sons's "Sigh No More" at No. 10.
