'The Conjuring' tops DVD and Blu-ray sales chart

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 4 (UPI) -- Ghost story "The Conjuring" is the top-selling DVD and Blu-ray in the United States, Rentrak announced Monday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the DVD and Blu-ray sales roster for the week ending Oct. 27 is "The Heat," followed by "Pacific Rim" at No. 3, "The Internship" at No. 4 and "The Croods" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are "The Little Mermaid -- Diamond Edition" at No. 6, "Barbie & Her Sisters in a Pony Tale" at No. 7, "Iron Man 3" at No. 8, "The Hangover Part III" at No. 9 and "After Earth" at No. 10.

The top DVD and Blu-ray rental for the week ending Oct. 26 is "After Earth."

"This is the End" is No. 2, "Iron Man 3" is No. 3,

"World War Z" is No. 4, "The Great Gatsby" is No. 5, "Now You See Me" is No. 6, "Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain" is No. 7, "The Frozen Ground" is No. 8, "Epic" is No. 9 and "The Heat" is No. 10.
