Sofia Coppola gives birth to 2nd daughter

NEW YORK, June 25 (UPI) -- Filmmaker Sofia Coppola gave birth in New York to her second daughter, a source told People.com Friday.

Baby Cosima is the second child for the "Lost in Translation" director and musician Thomas Mars, the front man for the band Phoenix.

The couple have been dating since 2005 and are already the parents to 3 1/2-year-old Romy.

The insider offered no details about Cosima's birth other than to say it occurred "within the last month."
