LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla., Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Walt Disney World Resort says Disney's Hollywood Studios will soon be the home of an elaborate Star Wars-themed fireworks and projection show. "Just in time for spring, that 'galaxy far, far away' will be closer than ever with the April 4 arrival of the new Star Wars live entertainment experience Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away and a menacing First Order Storm Trooper procession at Disney's Hollywood Studios," a press release said.

"And to kick off summer, the park is launching a new nightly fireworks and projection show called Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular that will eclipse anything of its kind in the park's history."
The theme park has been adding new and improving existing Star Wars-centric attractions as the decades-old franchise's popularity is once again soaring thanks to the success of the latest Star Wars blockbuster The Force Awakens and excitement over several planned sequels and spinoff movies.
