Police told E! News no crime was committed because Woolf was jaywalking when he was hit. The driver remained at the scene but was not ticketed.

Woolf is known for horror films such as Unlucky Charms, Dead Kansas and Haunting Charles Manson. He portrayed Infantata in two episodes of FX series American Horror Story: Murder House, and starred as Meep on American Horror Story: Freak Show.
