Renee Zellweger lists Hamptons home for $4.45 million

EAST HAMPTON, N.Y., Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Renee Zellweger has listed her East Hampton home for $4.45 million.

The renovated farmhouse was built around 1900, and sits on a .91-acre gated lot. The 2,000 square foot house features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and original details such as wide plank floors and a brick fireplace. Zellweger purchased the property for $2.15 million in April 2003.

The 45-year-old actress caused a stir last week when she debuted a new look at Elle's "Women in Hollywood" event. Her drastically changed appearance sparked plastic surgery rumors, but she later asserted she had merely aged.

Zellweger last appeared as Jane Wyatt in My Own Love Song in 2010. She is scheduled to star alongside Keanu Reeves in The Whole Truth in 2015.
