Rehearsals for the limited engagement are to start in January, with previews to begin in February and an official opening planned for early March at a theater to be announced.

The Heidi Chronicles "traces the coming of age of Heidi Holland as she tries to find her bearings in a rapidly changing world," a synopsis said.

The show was first produced by Playwrights Horizons in the fall of 1988. It then moved to Broadway under the egress of The Shubert Organization, Suntory International Corp. and James Walsh.
