LOS ANGELES, Sept. 3 (UPI) -- Kaley Cuoco has thumbed her nose at those responsible for the celebrity nude photo hack. The 28-year-old actress was one of the many celebrities targeted by the leak, but appears to have retained a sense of humor about the incident. Cuoco posted a "naked" snapshot of her own Tuesday on Instagram -- a picture of herself and husband Ryan Sweeting with highly-pixelated areas.

"What a fun day that was, frolicking with my hubs on the beaches of Mexico! Feels like we forgot something?" she sarcastically captioned the photo.
The FBI is involved in the investigation, and Jennifer Lawrence and Kirsten Dunst are among the victims who wish to take legal action against the hackers. Cuoco recently signed a new, three-year contract with CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory, and will return as Penny Marshall on September 22.
