LOS ANGELES, April 20 (UPI) -- Captain America's critically acclaimed sequel, The Winter Soldier, continued its box-office dominance over Easter weekend, claiming the No. 1 spot for the third week in a row.

The film, which stars Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Samuel L. Jackson, earned an additional $26.61 this week, pushing its domestic gross past the all-important $200-million mark.

Rio 2 came in second with $22.5 million, while Heaven Is for Real brought in a respectable $21.5 million.

The real disappointment of the weekend was Transcendence, a sci-fi thriller starring Johnny Depp. With a budget of $100 million, the film earned tepid reviews and a paltry $11.15 million in its opening weekend.

A Haunted House 2 rounded out the top-five with $9.1 million.
