HOLLYWOOD, March 3 (UPI) -- Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne brought their five-year feud to a close Sunday night at Elton John's AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party.

Osbourne announced the reconciliation last night on her Instagram with a picture that shows her jokingly choking the singer. The photo has received over 40,000 likes and reads, "#peace at last @ladygaga."

Gaga and Osbourne's feud began five years ago in 2009 when Osbourne called the singer a "butterface" in an interview with The Mirror. The feud only escalated from there, with Osbourne receiving death threats from Gaga's fans, both stars accusing each other of bullying, and a rejected cake that Gaga sent Osbourne on her birthday.

A source tells Us Magazine that Gaga initiated conversation with Osbourne at last night's Oscars party. The two were seen hugging and chatting amiably afterward.
