LOS ANGELES, July 13 (UPI) -- Melissa Etheridge's ex doesn't want their twins going on tour with the U.S. rocker because she's afraid they'll be exposed to topless fans and pot, she said. Tammy Lynn Michaels went to court Friday in Los Angeles to request an emergency hearing about the welfare of their children, TMZ reported.

She said she doesn't want Etheridge to take the twins on tour with her this month.
Michaels said she's worried the children will be exposed to inappropriate things like marijuana and rowdy fans.
"Many female fans remove their shirts and bras and throw them on stage," the court documents said.
She said she's also concerned the children haven't received vaccinations for diphtheria, tetanus, measles, mumps and chicken pox.
In the court documents, Etheridge said she and Michaels agreed the children wouldn't receive vaccinations and Michaels only changed her mind after they broke up.
Michaels' request for an emergency hearing was denied, but a court date was scheduled for August, TMZ reported.
