They married in 2005 and are the parents of four children. They are known for renewing their marriage vows in themed celebrations each year on their wedding anniversary. Reports of their breakup began swirling on the Internet late Friday.

"While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate," the couple said in a statement issued to People.com Sunday.

"We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition," they said. "We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."

Tracy Morgan treated for exhaustion

PARK CITY, Utah, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Tracy Morgan's publicist says the actor and comedian passed out due to "exhaustion and altitude" while attending Utah's Sundance Film Festival.

Morgan's new movie "Predisposed," which co-stars Jesse Eisenberg and Melissa Leo, is screening at the festival.

ABC News reported the "30 Rock" star and former "Saturday Night Live" cast member was at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards in Park City where he was being honored with the Spotlight Initiative Award when he collapsed and was taken to a hospital Sunday.

Morgan's representative released a statement early Monday denying reports that said the recovering alcoholic, who was twice arrested for driving under the influence several years ago, seemed intoxicated at the festival, ABC News said.

"From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention … He is with his fiancee and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false," said the statement from Morgan's publicist.

Morgan, 43, also suffers from diabetes and underwent a kidney transplant in 2010.

Razzies nomination date pushed back

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Razzie Award "winners" for the worst of Hollywood will not be announced one day ahead of the Academy Awards this year, as they usually are, organizers said.

Razzie nominations are generally revealed the day before Oscar nods for cinematic excellence are announced. The winners of Razzies are then traditionally handed out the day before Oscars are distributed.

The organizers of the dubious Razzie honors said Sunday they plan to shake up the schedule this year, so they will announce the "winners" April 1.

"When they got a look at the 2012 calendar, John Wilson and Mo Murphy, co-owners of the Razzies, saw a unique opportunity to do something they've wanted to do since their awards were created in 1980: emphasize the Razzies' comedic intent by unveiling the 'winners' of Tinsel Town's tackiest trophy on April Fools' Day," a news release said.

Razzie nominations are to be announced Feb. 25, the day before Oscars are presented.

"The Last Airbender" was declared the "winner" of five Razzie Awards last year, including Worst Picture and Worst Eye-Gouging Misuse of 3D.
